Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at IdolKart. We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product is in its original packaging (including bubble wrap and boxes).
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized idols.
• Items on clearance or “Final Sale.”
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Since our products are fragile, we take extreme care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product, you must provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment the seal is broken until the damage is clearly shown.
• Please email the video and photos to info@idolkart.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9897169147 within 24 hours of delivery.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.
• COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details to process a direct bank transfer.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product sent by us, IdolKart will bear the full cost of return shipping.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@idolkart.in.
